All
Gila monster sales are covered by the following
terms:
NO SALES to minors.
A NON-REFUNDABLE
DEPOSIT of 25% of the total cost of the reserved
animals is required to reserve hatchlings.
Unless I am unable to provide the requested
animals, this deposit is for
the current year's hatchlings only. If I
am unable to provide your animals, I will either
refund your deposit in total or carry it over to
the following year (whichever you prefer).
BALANCE OF PAYMENT
for reserved animals
is due on October 31 of the
hatch year, regardless of the ship date.
If payment in full is not made my October 31,
the deposit is forfeited.
SHIPMENT will be made
Delta Priority First (air
freight collect) and will need to be picked up
at your nearest airport serviced
by Delta. The shipment
will be insured for the total value of the
animals. Shipping and insurance costs must be
pre-paid for international orders. You are
required to open and inspect the shipment before
leaving the air cargo desk. Any insurance claims
to the airlines will require this.
A venomous box charge of $30
is required for each shipment (payable with your
final payment).
YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for
checking your local regulations to be certain
that you can legally keep Gilas.
PAYMENT of deposits can
be by personal check or money order. Final
payment must by made by money order. Any
payments for international orders must be made
by money order in US funds drawn on a US bank.
MONTHLY PAYMENTS can be
made if it is easier for you. The only
requirement is that the balance be paid by
October 31, 2001.
